Terms & Conditions
- All pricing is submitted as an estimate only, actual billing will be on a cost plus basis with the labor supplied by Quinton Construction.
- There is no deposit required on or before the beginning of the job. The customer will be invoiced after either the first or second week, depending
on the timing of the commencement of the job, and every two weeks thereafter for all labor, material and subtrades billed during that period.
- Payment in full of invoice is required within 2 days of the invoice being submitted.
- The customer will be supplied with time sheets and copies of all invoices with their billings.
- Quinton Construction carries professional liability insurance, and all workers are covered by Workers Compensation Board Insurance.
- Quinton Construction requests permission to take photo's of the project before, during and after to use these photo's (with the homeowners permission) to
illustrate work performed by Quinton Construction, to potential new customers and to be placed on the internet.
